MEATO Qurbani Agreement (Full Cow)

Dear Valued Customer of Collective Qurbani,

We appreciate your trust in choosing MEATO for your Qurbani services.
The details of your agreement with MEATO are outlined below:

Agreement Details:

1. Your engagement with MEATO is specifically for availing Qurbani services
   (Halal slaughter, meat packaging, etc.)
2. For animal purchase, by signing this document, you authorize MEATO’s trusted
   representative, Maulana Fakhar Junaid or any delegate appointed by him,
   to act as your agent for the purchase and possession of the sacrificial animal.
   All animals will be exclusively sourced and supplied by MEATO.
3. The appointed agent will purchase the animal and take possession on your behalf
   and hand it over to MEATO’s Qurbani team for sacrifice.
4. In the case of a full large animal (cow), the total agreed amount is:
   • Animal Price: PKR 210,000
   • Qurbani Service Charges: PKR 40,000
   • Total: PKR 250,000

Terms & Conditions:

1. The animal selected for Qurbani will meet all Islamic requirements for a valid sacrifice.
2. Meat once distributed cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Each individual’s meat share will be kept separate. However, in exceptional cases,
   shared distribution may occur.
4. Organs such as trotters, heart, liver, and kidneys may be distributed collectively.
   However, each customer will still receive a fair share.
5. For a full cow: Expected meat is 100–120 kg. Final weight will be
   determined after the Qurbani (sacrifice).
6. Parts such as the head, trotters, excess fat, and other extra portions will not be
   included in the meat share and will be donated as charity.
7. Customers are required to collect their meat within the specified time. If not collected
   within six hours, it will be donated as charity on the customer’s behalf.
8. The animal hide or its monetary value will be donated on behalf of the customer to
   reputable religious institutions, charitable organizations, or deserving individuals
   in accordance with Shariah principles.

Declaration:

1. I, the customer, affirm that I am eligible to perform Qurbani, am a Muslim of sound belief,
   believe in the Khatm-e-Nubuwwat of Prophethood ﷺ as per the Constitution of Pakistan, and
   am offering Qurbani from halal wealth.
2. I have carefully read and understood the MEATO Qurbani Agreement and fully agree to its terms.
